Located in the SOHO neighborhood of Manhattan, StartApp is looking for a Brands and Agencies Superstar to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brands, mobile, intellectually curious, a fast learner, analytical, highly efficient and organized, comfortable with ambiguity and working independently, and able to focus on the details while thinking strategically. This is a hands-on, high execution role which requires excellent business and technical skills.
- Full-cycle role from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to structuring deals.
- Deliver demos, provide insightful answers, and structure creative solutions.
- Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions.
- Deep product understanding, vision, and creativity in order to work closely with our product team.
- Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive action plans and communications.
- Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside StartApp.
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
- Ability to work independently work and deliver strong results, as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Solution and detail oriented, with strong commercial/business acumen.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing or other related disciplines. MBA a plus.
